We all have Holy Spirit, residing within us.  From Him comes everything we need.  We simply take time out from our lives to connect to God.  

Peace comes from within.  Identity comes from within.  Purpose comes from within.  Because deep within us lies God.

Here at Rhema, we use Christian Yoga to connect to God within us, and in the process discover more about our purpose and identity as sons and daughters of the King.    From there, a journey towards ever-greater personal peace is developed.
