How we think about God defines our realities and determines our destinies. When we learn to focus our eyes and life on His goodness, then we can clearly see everything else in the world through a new lens that more accurately reflects reality.

At Rhema Yoga, we work to use Christian yoga in way that corrects a lot of preconceived, incorrect ideas of God as less than good, or not always loving.

We work with the Lord and the yogi to recreate a new, accurate lens.  

​We then see through that lens as sons and daughters of an amazing, good, loving Father.
