One of the key truths we hold at Rhema Yoga is that all of us are created in the image of God.  This means that as sons and daughters of the King, we have the ability to reflect the light and love of God to an often dark world.

Because we are all unique, we reflect God uniquely.  Because we are sons and daughters learning to walk in the spirit, this is something we can learn to reflect naturally.  Because we are reflecting God, this is always a beautiful thing.

​At Rhema, we use Christian Yoga to teach followers of Jesus how to walk in the spirit, and reflect the love and light of the Father uniquely, naturally and beautifully.
