~His Yoke is Gentle, His Burden Light~

What is "Yoga?" Yoga means union, or yoking.  Many say that we are yoking ourselves with the one and only Supreme Spirit.  

To Rhema Yoga, that can only be God - the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.  We use Christian Yoga to yoke ourselves to Him and grow in power, significance and identity, because his yoke is gentle.  His burden light.

Through breathwork, yoga postures, meditations, teachings and more, we learn to connect with, or yoke to, God in more ways than ever before.  Through that connection, union.  Through that union, significance, power and identity.
