~God Isn't Out to Punish Us~

​​​​​Today in the Rhema "Christian Yoga" Daily... 

How we view God determines so much about our life.  If we see the Lord as a constantly judging and wrathful Father, we may hide from Him and fear Him and strive to pass imagined "tests" that He is giving us, fearful of the result if we fail.  If we see Him as uninterested and distant, we may ignore Him as well.  

The lens we see God through is the lens we tend to view the world with as well.  Our opinions of God affect our decisions, priorities and more in the physical, material world.

At Rhema, we use Christian Yoga to remember a very important truth: God is good.  He isn't out to punish us; He doesn't enjoy that and He is not quick to lose His temper.  We can trust Him and lean into His strength.

​He loves us. He's for us. He not only has the power to help us but he wants to.
