This is a topic we hit on a lot, either directly or indirectly.  Why?  Because it is such a life-changing concept to understand, and then live out.  Nothing changes your perspectives, priorities and relationships more than an understand of who God is, how he sees you and how much he loves you.

At Rhema, we practice Christian Yoga to connect to God, facilitating encounters, teaching theology, meditating on scripture and more to help students understand and connect to a gracious, loving Father.
