~Being Humble Brings Honor~

Proverbs 29:23 says, "A man’s pride will bring him low, but a humble spirit will obtain honor.”⠀People who act and speak with humility earn the respect of those around them. 

This seems to be exactly the opposite of what we see and are even taught in many parts of the world today.  But a son and daughter that honor comes from the Lord, and all that comes from that is worth more than anything the world has to offer.

At Rhema, we use Christian Yoga to humbly yet confidently connect with the God of the Universe.  Through the teachings, practices and ideas in our practice, we learn how to practice yoga and life with a mindset of humility and love for life.
