Our Vision: Union With God
Our vision is to liberate people from their deceptions, ills and strongholds with the 4 Paths. We then awaken them to "Zoe Living," which is a life where God is with you, every day, as a Father and a friend.
The Justification Moment
The moment of justification is quick and dramatic. When people accept Jesus into their heart as their savior and master, they are justified by faith - saved from judgement by the savior of the world. This act saves a person and promises a life in paradise, but it does not liberate the person from deception or awaken them to their true identity as a son or daughter of God, powerful and called into a Zoe Lifestyle.
Understanding the Vision
The 1st Sanctification Trail
The 1st Sanctification Trail is often the only trail that followers of Jesus ever know while living here on earth. This is the long process of becoming less offendable, more loving, more charitable, less fearful and more. The shedding of demonic lies and strongholds happens here, as does the training and taming of the carnal mind, the flesh. The health of the body, soul and spirit are all addressed as we learn to live, think and act more like Jesus. As we learn to reflect the light in an often dark world.
Zoe Living
Zoe Living is a state of being. Spiritual power resulting from the union of your spirit and Holy Spirit reaches your soul and body. People in this condition often look younger and have more energy than they should for their age. They might be 60 years old, but their body is operating like a 40 year old. What’s more, they look like a 40 year old! It is not uncommon for signs and wonders to follow these people, as they minister to others and spread revival here on earth.
The 2nd Sanctification Trail
This 2nd Sanctification Trail can be considered to be the "road less travelled" to many. This is still a sanctification process, because we never "arrive" or are perfect. However, the sanctification process is much deeper. The walk is much easier in many ways than the first Sanctification Trail. Much of our spiritual bondage has been broken. Many of our carnal thoughts have been tamed. However, it's also much harder in different ways.
Yogi's on this path have a life full of power and intimacy with the Lord. They are moving their focus away from themselves in this path - they want to change the world and make it a better place. They find personal fulfillment and joy in changing lives and spreading light into the world. Obstacles, challenges and attacks are now related to the activities, ministries, missions and more that yogis are doing, so they can be quite intense. The days of personal attacks and temptations that plagued yogis on the first sanctification trail are much smaller and less bothersome. Still, we must always be vigilant.

How is Rhema Yoga Different than other Christian Yoga?
Walking the 4 Paths

The 4 Paths: The 4 Paths are programs of study by the Rhema Institute and Rhema Yoga to bring the student from the path to Zoe Living. People begin as "Initiates" at the Path of Life (P1). The Path of Life is meant to bring the Initiate to "clear." This means that they are clear of all demonic strongholds and generational curses.
After completing the Path of Life, the student "graduates" and is known to everyone in the Rhema movement as a "Yogi." Yogis may then take the "Path of Peace (P2)." This path is focused on guiding the student to reach "whole." Reaching whole means that you not only have cleared yourself of demonic influence (for the most part), but you have learned how to put your thoughts under Lordship (for the most part). You have learned how to tame your thinking while at the same time loving yourself well. You'll note that we've written "for the most part" for both stages. This is because you will never actually "arrive" and completely clear yourself or reach whole while here on earth, walking the sanctification trail. You are only "perfect" when you die and go to heaven.
Upon completion of the Path of Peace, a "yogi" is now know free to focus on the "Path of Righteousness (P3)." The focus for a practitioner on this path changes completely from a focus on self, and serving the self, to other people and serving them. Now that one has cleared themselves and reached whole, they are healthy and equipped to help others. This is a major step in fulfilling the commandment to love your Lord your God with all your heart and mind, and your neighbor as yourself, as dictated in Mark 12:30:
"Love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength."
Here, we learn how to minister to others and love them. Grow as you serve, bless yourself as you bless others. When you complete this path, you are considered by the Rhema Institute to be a "son" or "daughter" of God who has reached "Zoe Living." This does not mean that you are "God" or "perfect." It simply means that you have sacrificed your time, effort and even money to partner with God in awakening the people of the world to a better way of life. People will reach different levels of wholeness and health upon completion of the paths, but all will have gone a long way in reaching "Zoe Living." A person who has completed the Path of Righteousness is known in the Rhema World as a Rhema Yoga "Master Yogi" or for the sake of simplicity, "Master."
The 4th Path, the "Path of Understanding," is open to anyone who has finished the "Path of Peace." This is not a mandatory path, and it is not meant for everyone. This is a route of deep thinking, careful debate, quite soul-searching and more. People who finish this path may add the title of "Scholar" after their designation. For example, "Yogi-Scholar" or "Master-Scholar."
The Key Titles below are to help understand where someone is in their understanding of Rhema, and perhaps what they have experienced. The reality is that one can easily reach "Zoe Living" without ever doing a single Rhema class, because God is much, much larger than the Rhema courses. This is simply a way for us to understand where someone is in their walk with Rhema, not with the Lord.
Initiate: Someone who has taken Rhema classes and/or workshops, but has yet to complete any of the 4 Paths.
Yogi (P1-P2): Someone who has completed the 1st of the 4 Paths, the Path of Life.
Master (P3): Someone who has completed the 3rd Path, the Path of Righteousness.
-Scholar: Someone who has completed the Path of Understanding.
