Food. Water. Shelter. Security. Health. Wealth. Energy.
At Rhema, we believe that good stewardship includes preparing for hard times.
Life can be unpredictable, and there are many circumstances, such as natural disasters, economic downturns, health crises, and personal challenges, that can result in difficult times.
Being prepared not only helps you and your family thrive, it allows you the opportunity to help your community mitigate the impact of challenges and increase their resilience.

Why we Prepare:
Our 7 Categories of Preparedness:
A master (or “yogi”) of Rhema Yoga has aligned their body, soul and spirit with the King of heaven through mastering all five modules of the yoga system. These five modules are listed below.
Our "Prepping 1.0" Podcast will help you Master the Basics:
Why Prepping 1.0? Because as my martial arts teacher used to tell me, “It is through the mastery of small disciplines that we become capable of greater things and, indeed, anything”.
Unless you've got your bullets, beans and band-aids tied off and accounted for, you have no business thinking about anything else!
- Resilience: Preparation can help you and your communities bounce back more quickly from adversity, giving God the glory as you do. Imagine changing your community for God through times of tribulation! This can include having emergency supplies, financial reserves, and contingency plans in place.
- Peace of mind: We put our trust and hope in God, but knowing that you are prepared for potential challenges can provide a sense of security and peace of mind as well. This will reduce anxiety and stress during times of tribulation.
- Protection: Preparation can help protect you and your loved ones from the worst effects of disasters or crises. This can include having insurance, emergency kits, or evacuation plans in place.
- Empowerment: Being prepared can give you a sense of control over your circumstances and empower you to take action to protect yourself and your family, something we are all called to do.
- Helping others: Prepared individuals and communities are better positioned to help others in need during difficult times, fostering a sense of solidarity and community support as you change your village, town, city and region for God What the enemy means for evil, God can use for good, with you!
