Today in the Rhema "Christian Yoga" Daily...
This is such a popular, encouraging verse. Let's look today at why that might be. One of the most amazing things about this scripture to me is that Paul wrote these words while facing some of the worst trials of his life. Not many of this write such things when in much less terrible trials.
Yet Paul, despite the threat of pain and death, realized that God gives us strength in ways that go beyond the good, "normal" and bad times. The strength of Christ provides for us like nothing else on earth. Christ gives us the strength to not only endure the tough times, but also to grow during them. We are victors in Him. We don't just lay around in pain, struggling to survive, we can grow and overcome as we face obstacles battles.
At Rhema, we use Christian Yoga to learn more and more about how Jesus gives us the strength in our lives. Strength in the good, the bad and the ugly. We have the ability to see beyond our present circumstances and to trust in Him to provide. He won the victory, and so we can truly do all things through Christ in us.
